К вопросу совершенствования психолого-педагогического сопровождения профессионально-личностного развития педагогов

Annotation

The article presents the results of studying the current state of teachers' readiness for professional activity, theoretical and methodological justification and the results of testing the model of the system of psychological and pedagogical support for their professional and personal development. The study examined teachers' satisfaction with their professional activities, which is an integrative indicator of a person's attitude to the profession. For the first time, a comprehensive, systematic study of the state of professional and psychological components of teachers' readiness for activity, determining its success, was conducted, ways, methods and means of psychological and pedagogical support for their development.. The study has shown the need and importance of organizing purposeful systematic work to form teachers' conscious desire for continuous development and activities to improve personal qualities and professional competencies. The basis of such work should be psychological and pedagogical support for the professional and personal development of teachers.
